Premium RV Sites have a concrete slab, fire pit, privacy fencing, extra landscaping and a free bundle of firewood at check in.
11% occupancy tax for cabins.
Starting January 1st, 2018 when a specific site is requested, a $15.00 nonrefundable reservation fee is paid at the time the reservation is made.. This $15.00 booking fee guarantees you will not be moved to another site and the site will be held for you.
For Daily & Weekly reservations, a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of the first night site rent is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is paid in full at check in. This is for all sites up to a month stay.
For Monthly and longer reservations, a nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is paid in full at check in.
A minimum of 3 nights stay on holiday weekends for the holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day. For Thanksgiving, a minimum of 3 nights for the cabins & park model. No refunds issued on requested site fees or deposits.
